    PACKAGING SUSTAINABLE

    In these almost 50 years, INPLAC has established itself in the market as the largest polyethylene valve packaging industry in Latin America, standing out for its quality, safety and innovation.

    In protecting the Environment from the impacts of hazardous chemical substances, INPLAC has packaging certified by INMETRO and the Brazilian Navy.

    Committed to sustainability, it has always innovated with solutions that reduce the environmental impact on the planet, such as technologies such as PIR resins – Post Industrial Recycled, PCR – Post-Consumer Recycled, renewable and biodegradable sources.

    INPLAC has certified packaging for maritime transport and land transport of chemical products classified as dangerous. The company offers customers and partners advice on marking, labeling, packaging and packaging configuration requirements.

    The INPLAC portfolio includes products with a sustainable appeal, following the main socio-environmental market trends. These are solutions to minimize environmental impacts, with a focus on maintaining the sustainable cycle of ecosystems.


    PIR

    Packaging produced from material already used in the INPLAC (Post Industrial Recycled) production line. The scraps from the process are reused in the production of new products with sustainable and waste reduction.


    PCR

    Eost-Consumer Recycled). Packages produced from resins derived from recycled material after consumer use (have a high commitment to the circular economy.


    Resina Verde

    Packaging produced from resins derived from renewable sources such as sugar cane. Its commitment is innovation and sustainable development, such as reducing the impact on the Environment.


    Biodegradáveis

    They degrade naturally, through organic processes promoted by the environment where they are, with a focus on pollution reduction. In the end, it generates water, biomass and carbon dioxide, without harmful residues or microplastics.

      Technology is important, but it’s the people that make the difference. All technological evolution of the company is accompanied by the qualification and training of employees.

      INPLAC invests in education since childhood, a social commitment that has lasted since its foundation, with community partnership programs, leveling and subsidies for higher education.

      GUGA KUERTEN INSTITUTE

      With pride, INPLAC has been a partner of the IGK since 2013 in actions that promote opportunities for social inclusion for children, adolescents and people with disabilities. It is the “Champions of Life” program, which benefits around 100 children and teenagers from public schools in the region.

      INFANTIL SCHOOL HEART OF A MOTHER

      Concerned with the quality of life of its employees, INPLAC maintains the Coração de Mãe Children’s School, which serves children from four months to five years of age, in two periods, with the most modern in pedagogical methods.

      EDUCATION

      In partnership with SESI, INPLAC encourages its employees to complete their primary and secondary education, offering didactic material and free pedagogical support. Also in the Education line, INPLAC offers a 50% subsidy to employees who wish to enter higher education through the University Grant.

        ETHICAL GOVERNANCE

        The company is aligned with the 10 principles established by the Global Compact, an initiative involving the United Nations (UN) and numerous international entities, of which Brazil is a signatory.

        NATIONAL SOLID WASTE POLICY

        In 2015, INPLAC signed the term for the program to face the main environmental, social and economic problems arising from the inadequate management of solid waste.

        ENVIRONMENTAL GUARDIAN PROGRAM

        INPLAC supports the initiative of the Municipal Foundation for the Environment of Biguaçu (FAMABI) since 2015, offering training to 30 students between 12 and 14 years old, regularly enrolled in elementary school II.
